About us

Bodhi Events (BE) grew from a seed in the minds of Rob Keldoulis, past Chairman of Dalai Lama in Australia and Lynn Bain, past General Manager of Dalai Lama in Australia.

 

During 8 successful years of managing His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s last 6 Australian visits, we recognized a strong desire from the Australian public to have continued access to this timeless wisdom.
 

During our period with DLIA, we were instrumental in the design, creation, organisation and delivery of over 200 events of varying size and type. Across metropolitan and regional Australia over 2 million people attended in person or listened in online to share the Dalai Lama’s global message of peace and compassion.

 

Now via Bodhi Events, we offer access to affordable events and retreats with some of the most amazing Teachers and Presenters in the world today.  We also offer consulting services using our years of event management, business, marketing and communications experience, to assist like-minded organisations with their endeavours.

 

BE’s principles are founded on Buddhism, which underpins everything we do. Buddhism has the answers to many of the questions we ask both ourselves and others every day. This timeless wisdom shows us that we are indeed, all interconnected and interdependent and therefore have a responsibility to care for each other.

 

Our wish is to use our skills and experience to help the ongoing education of people across Australia.
